Jeff, The fact that some people called the wrong U.S. Filter company (there are 116 companies or so) and they didn't know what was going on, doesn't mean that there isn't something happening. If there wasn't something happening, Do you think that U.S. Filter would require Thermo Tech to submit a retraction by now... or would they have made there own release that stated that they have nothing to do with Thermo Tech? It has been 2 weeks or so, and none of those events happened. There should be a joint announcement soon, so I am told. I still see this as a big development and will continue to develope. I too have been frustrated, but we are starting to get plants being built and should continue. As far as the TPP settlement goes, I personally think that they should have gotten what they paid for. Now they can start building plants, let see how well they do... Regards, Frank
