Off Topic:

Now John... you and I both this is not about whether or not our "leading" man had an affair in the Oral Office with a 21-year old intern with remarkable White House access.

No John, this is about whether or not there is a case for obstruction of justice wherein certain FOBs or administration officials were engaged in subornation of perjury vis-a-vis Monica and her Jones deposition.

But now it getting a little nastier as Starr is investigating attempts to discredit his office which he construes as an attempt to interfere with a federal investigation. Can you imagine what the press would have said had Reagan-era officials hired Private Investigators to go forth to seeketh dirty laundry on L.Walsh during Iran-Contra??

Well that's what we have going on here with the adminstration hiring Investigative Group International to probe Starr's Whitewater Probe.
And now we have Starr delivering subpoenas to Mid-South Safety-Council, a former partner of said Arkansas Investigative firm, Tommy Goodwin, just happened to be head of the Arkansas State police under then Gov. Clinton.

And, as you know, the Kenneth Starr serves at the whim of Janet Reno. The president could convince her to have Starr fired at any time.

But then again, the Monica affair pales in comparison to Filegate, the travel office scandel, and ultimately, the campaign finance scandel where Buddhist monks, sworn to poverty, provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions to the Clinton/Gore campaign.

We live in interesting times John, N'est Pas??

Regards,

Ron
