There is no DD to prove anything about the money. I seriously doubt the story, it's old and shopworn now. So many excuses, so little credibility. Funny that they can't pay the bills with all that cash. <G>

NASD has not cleared RMIL for trading because they have not met the conditions set forth by the SEC. The O/S are now 14,755,000, it's anyone's guess how many there will be if it ever does open. I suppose by then you will say there are 8 million naked shorts, ROFL.
