Maybe I'll just do a monthly update... so, swapping the metals fund for the utilities fund went okay last month, got 6.6% in February, not as good as any of the indexes, but I'll take it. The only stocks I'm holding are General Magic (up 58% since I got in) and Golden Eagle Intl, which, if it really trades at five cents Monday will mean a nearly 30% loss, but I expect it will continue to trade around seven cents until the announcement in March, see the MINE thread for details. Finally, I am reminded from the previous post that I was too early getting out of PHI, and wrong about a run all the way up to 145 yen for the dollar. I still think Japan has some rough times ahead over the next year...keep some powder dry, there will be better buys out there overseas when our market finally corrects, dragging down SEA again.
