Hi Blank:

I believe the purchase should be considered as a 70% success, and 30% negative. My reason is by calculations only:

1. Each CSCC's share = .7 Asnd share.

2. Currently, CSCC contributes approx. 1/2 of Asnd/Cscc revenue.

3. I arrive my conclusion via the most simple form of math.
