FEATURE SHORT TERM STOCK OF THE WEEK: THE HENLEY GROUP,
INC.

The Henley Group (OTC-BB-HNLY-.59). This stock was suggested by a
reader last week. It has also been featured in the Bull and Bear newsletter.
It is rated by many as a solid buy, as financials are due out Monday or
Tuesday. The company is in the integrated information systems business,
focusing on Internet and other related computer activities. It will be
interesting to see how this holds up, as volume has been increasing all week
and the price has already moved up somewhat.

The company is supposed to have a book value of $2.25. The value is
expected to move up to $4.00 for 1998. It is very unusual for a stock to
trade below its book value. The belief on "the street" is that the earnings will
be .05 per share. If these figures are correct, it is now trading at only
12 times earnings. It should be trading at 25 to 28 times earnings according
to industry specialists. This will put it at $1.25 to $1.40 per share. Even then,
it is still under its book value. This is very unusual indeed.

We see a strong sharp upward price movement this coming week, in
anticipation of the news. The float is fairly small, around 2.9 million Short
termers should buy now and sell around the $1.25 area. Long termers should
buy and hold all the way up to the $2 level. It will be an interesting week for
this one.
