Thanks for your thoughts. I already found that Web Street has a quirk. You cannot place two sell or two buy orders on a single stock, on line. You must place the second one by voice. I will sometimes sell in steps and found this problem yesterday. I have not noticed that chart of theirs. Yes, Telechart 2000 is for TA, and uses closing prices. Yes, by streaming I mean that the screen automatically updates the real time prices. Thanks for the broker tip. I am very happy with Waterhouse and Brown & Co. The latter is starting web trading on March 2, with lower commissions. Waterhouse already has low commissions on the web.
