I tend to agree with your opinion re: options. However, I disagree with your analysis of the rights issue.

A large reason that I invested in the company was because of the management. A takeover bid might net shareholders an immediate profit, but it would also mean the loss of this management team. We could be sacrificing TREMENDOUS possible long-term profits, for much smaller short-term profits.
