If you believe that then go buy CPQ or one of the other boxmakers. If you are convinced you are correct then you can short the stock or buy some put contracts. The market (not the P/E), determines the value of a stock. The P/E is simply a reflection of how richly the market values a stock. The market appears to value DELL's prospects more richly than it values CPQ or MUEI or GTW. IMO this is not without sufficient justification based on both its past performance and future prospects. We will see......
