Pat, my understanding has been that SS7 is something Newbridge has always
considered to be one of their advantages - because they come from more of a telecom background. I believe that the networkers like Cisco and Ascend have a bit of catching up to do here. It's like carrying voice - they're all scrambling to figure out how the heck to do that!

I think Nortel may be even stronger in SS7, for obvious reasons...
