We won't know what NETZ's upside potential is until we know what their financial position is as verified by independent audits and reported to the SEC. The books proper are not half as interesting in my mind as the 8-K:s et al reports that will show what, if anything, NETZ has done with their equity since it all started. Then again, it would have to be pretty severe to make any big difference.
