I'm not sure what to think about this lawsuit...

The press release states:

"The Complaint charges ACT and certain of its officers
with violations of federal securities laws."

I would like to know more specifically what violations
of what federal securities laws have been charged.

I would like to know how it was that this lawfirm came
to file this class action lawsuit. [Was this a result
of their own initiative or what?]

I must admit I'm in new territory here. I'd find it all
a fun learning experience if I had only a small investment
in ACTM... but I must treat this more seriously. I worry
that this could cost the company (and us shareholders)
to defend against the lawsuit... on the other hand, I
would seem to be one of the folks this suit purports to
represent. [Note: According to the wording used in the
press release, you may still be a member of the "class"
even if you unloaded all your shares before or after 2/25.]

Does anyone now what it means to be "lead plaintiff"?
Does this mean they haven't got a "lead plaintiff"?
Has anyone here been through this before?
