Frank,

No joy yet in my latest attempt to access
the IMS website a few minutes ago.

Please pass the following thoughts and questions
to whomever is calling the shots in the top
management positions at IMS:

Sunday, 1 March 1998, will mark the tenth
day since the company's brief and cryptic
announcement.

As far as I know, shareholders have not
received any additional details regarding
the condition of the company or management's
plans for the company's future. Either via
snail-mail/e-mail or through the traditional
business wire services.

Since IMS is no longer in the quiet-period imposed
by the proposed share offering and the market has
driven the share price down to present levels, I
believe that the time for management to explain,
in detail, what the hell is going on within the
company is NOW at hand:

1. Does management plan to make public the company's
financial condition and it's detailed plans for the
company's future? If so...WHEN?

2. Will management explain what it's plans are regarding
the Meta6000, the Meta6500, the Meta7000 and beyond?
If so...WHEN?

3. Does management still plan to complete the reverse split?
If so...WHEN?

4. Does management still intend to persue a possible listing
on the NASDAQ exchange? If so, whats the estimated time
frame and what does management think it's chances of success
are?

5. What is the status and current income from the IMSLIB
activity?

6. What is management doing to persue additional financing?

7. What is the status of the company that was providing
"bridge-financing" a few months ago? And what is the
status of IMS's obligations to them?

8. What other contracts or agreements have been completed?

9. What other contracts or agreements are still being
negotiated?

10. Why has George Smith suddenly "retired"?

11. Who is REALLY controlling the company now... and
what are their intentions ?

12. Please provide a list of the names, addresses and
phone numbers of all members of the IMS board of directors.

Thanks Frank.

Hang in there...

Regards,
jimpit
