Hi Ken,

I am a believer that we are at the beginning of Biotech's "Golden Age",so I hold many bt stocks - - currently 20 different names, which is over 60% of the portfolio. Now I do think that is too many, but 10 are small positions in companies which I really just want to follow and might add to or dump depending on what happens in the future- - - I find I pay better attention when I have some funds at risk! LGND is by far the largest holding, so I would say if I could only have one, LGNDis it.

If you have not seen my note to Tony (LGND post #15914) where I describe my strategy using SEPR as an example (an investment which has had a very happy outcome so far), you might find it of some interest. It seems like we have similar views. Despite my long-term preference, I would still like to buy my stock at the bottom before "the big run". But I haven't been able to figure out how to do so!

Ken, I would be interested in the identity of the 4 or 5 biotechs you would like to get back into, if you are willing to identify them..

Regards,

wtd
