Why are you wasting your time complaining here? We don't work there. The normal waiting time for a rebate check would be say 2 months. That puts you 2 months over due. Here's is what you need to do.

- Send them a non-offensive letter stating your dilemma.
- Then you can get a complaint form from your State Attorney's Generals Office and send that in. You can also consider doing the same in the state that they (NewCom) reside in.

At least you be doing something to better your cause rather than wasting your time complaining to us. We can't help you.
