Matty, Thank you for all of your effort. Alot of people on this thread can talk, but you actually made an effort towards your beliefs. Hats off to you. I wasn't there, but from reading your comments, it seems like Tom either didn't tell you much or he isn't the right person to interview. He doesn't know when the financials will be ready, doesn't know the exact float, etc. Did you feel that from him? Did he look you in the eyes when he discussed these items? Did he seem open to the questions and answer them in a "business" tone or answer them in a "sales" tone? You see what I am trying to get to.
