NT , even 4.0, still does not scale and can not compete with UNIX as the enterprise server. A dark horse in the NT penetration is LINUX and FREE BSD. We have researchers here that are looking at hi end pentium pc's with LINUX, which is free. NT isn't even considered. NT Workstation may replace Windows 3.1 but it's not a sure bet that it will replace UNIX. I know it won't in our shop.
