The DJ utilites broke the uptrendline line on the weekly chart. Market risk has risen exponentially. I think the bond market will be watching every bit of economic info and gyrate along with it. I suspect either a trading range with wild swings up and down or a possible crash situation caused by some political bad news. I am not panic stricken, but I am at DEFCOM 4 on the capital preservation scale. No buying, just watching very closely until the picture becomes clearer.
