From reading past messages I got the idea that many of you think that when SAP hits the NYSE, its price will shoot up even further because U.S. investors will jump on it.

Why do you think this would that happen? Is it because SAP would get more exposure, or is it because SAP will be required to file with the SEC which would cause investors to be more confident, or is it because ADRs are difficult to trade, or are there other reasons?

Will SAP still be an ADR once it's on the NYSE?
Is SAP required to do SEC filings?

I'm never invested overseas before, thus all the questions. Thanks!
