The thread has definitely had an influence on my purchases of LGND. I would guess that it has made a difference of at least $100,000. In terms of total LGND shares outstanding, that isn't a whole lot, but it is a substantial portion of my portfolio.

I do not read Henry's posts for advice; he is not in the business of giving that. I do go through his arguments and he is *very* good about backing up what he says by references to the litterature. I read some of that too and I try to put it all together.

No offense intended Henry, but I do not pay a lot of attention to your short term price predictions :-)

I chalk up a lot of what Henry says about the future price of LGND to ''irrational exuberance" :-) I am quite sure that Henry owns a substantial chunk of LGND in the form of options, warrants or outright stock. I would be very surprised if he didn't stand to benefit by a rise in LGND. But so what? That does not make him a tout and a lot of the recent posts from tonyt seem to imply that he is. To me, touts are people who are paid to hype a stock so that those paying them can sell into strength and that is totally different. Henry obviously believes LGND will rise and he backs up his opinion with an enormous amount of research which I appreciate.

Thanks, Torben

P.S. I believe Henry is exactly who he says he is. And this is most likely the case for the vast majority of readers on this thread. This whole argument about verification of identity is a bit silly. But maybe we should all get X.509 certificates....
