Hi Crossy,

I'm glad to see that somebody is still out there looking at this stock. This thread just never got much attention, of course the stock price hasn't helped either, but at this level I think the stock is totally undervalued. Look, I think the real problem is Xcel Arnold, the buyer of this unit is looking for financing, but things are getting dragged along. To the best of my knowledge it should be days before he will receive an answer and apparently everybody is optimistic that it will be a yes. But until it happens you don't know. I've been waiting for this yes now for months but every time there seems to be something that pushes the time line out. It's frustrating. I think without Xcel Arnold this stock should trade more towards the 4 dollar level and management has told me that one way or the other they will get rid of this unit. The only question is how long will it continue to eat into the earnings. As soon as you see the announcement of the successful financing for the buyer I think you should just jump into it. As far as Xcel's revs are I think that they were doing around 10 million annually. But what do revs count if you don't make money on them, so you better don't have them. That's the next milestone the management has to achieve. It is my impression that there is some pent up buying out there just waiting for the announcement.

I sure hope this thread gets some live inhaled in the future.

Looking forward to "talking" to you in the future.

Regards,

Frank
