Yes. My question is slightly different. In the MSFDC pilot's how will a bill payment work if the biller is not part of the pilot. Does MSFDC have a pay anyone option?

I know the MSFDC website says "if your bank doesn't offer EBPP, you can still get EBPP directly from MSFDC." So in other words, you don't need the Bank for MSFDC's service, but does the biller need to be part of the pilot?

I think the obvious answer is "yes", but if this is true, it seems the pilot would be very limited. Any thoughts?
