Hi Bob,
My title is International Investor Relations. I run two office the one
here in Va Beach and the other In Detroit. The Va Beach office concentrates on the New computer industry that is arriving in the area
and the Detroit office deals with auto applications. My main objective is to inform broker, current investors and future investors
about the company.. past,present and future.

Currently, we are waiting for some news about other companies buying the product. The company continues to operate in the red but orders increase and the cost are under control.

WE DON'T HAVE ANY MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS the
machines run GREAT. We were waiting for Motorola to work out its
machine problems which they completed in early July 96....Then they
purchased more product(SDS AIR BOX. We hope that Motorola implements
a full contract annoucement later in the Yr... But, Now, they buy product under what we call a" test contract" which has been going on since Nov.94. Noteworthy, Each order from Motorola has increase a lot over the past 2.yrs.

Additionally, I've been helping with the marketing of the product to
a handfull of companines both here and in Detroit. I'm not able to
state the current status of my efforts until later this YR.
