I could be totally off-the-wall on this one, but a funny thought creep into my brain after reading all the past posts regarding the shareholder suit. Something tells me that maybe the street kind of knew about this coming, and actually welcomed it as the final nail in the old coffin of NOVL. In other words, this legal action may be the catalyst to help our Dr. Schmidt in getting certain members/CFO's to think about departing on their own regard (house cleaning). A silver lining that just crept in, may be totally in left field, but hey, I'm just calling it as I see it Don and Joe (s). Kooky ideas sometimes have a way of coming true.
