you are absolutely right, air travel is NOT comfortable, and I don't remember it being this way 15 years ago...yet I see all these ashtrays still on the seat arms, so now I am wondering how old these airplanes are

I wish I could cash in all my air miles for something OTHER than flying, a vacation has become WORK because of connecting flights, cancelled flights, no smoking in airports, etc
