I have nothing to be ashamed of, yes, I am seeking "accredited" investors to start, what I believe will be, an exciting enterprise. Yes, it is a very risky proposition, like any new start up. No, it is not a scam, you can come to NH any day, and see a demonstration prototype (only if you are indeed an "accredited" investor seriously interested in this venture) Yes, I have refused investment from people with net assets of less than $1,000,000. Yes I have accepted investments from a number of accredited investors and am still in the process of raising the balance of the initial capitalization. It happen to be one of the way new companies are formed and there is absolutely nothing sinister about it. Will you retract your statement? Zeev
