>>>Tons of insider selling going on, according to janitor there -- who's a millionaire by the way -- and morale is at an all-time low. Now comes word heirs of company founder readying to unload.<<<

PiedPiper or should I call you Olcott, the wise sage. While I have no knowledge of what's going on inside Westell insider selling is a matter of public record and these dire predictions were proved untrue.

Seamans sold 95K direct shares still holds 1.27 million and 200k indirect
Faw held 98k sold 10k, 10% of his position, holds 88k
R. Penny held around 20 million sold 15K indirect shares
Stefan Abrams sold the largest %, had 204K sold 78K now holds 125K
Curtis Benton held 672k, sold 13k , 2% holdings
Simon sold 69K, he's trustee of the voting trust, has lots of shares

My latest information from broker shows insider holdings up to 2.14 million from 2.11 million at the beginning of the month. While I can't substantiate this with a URL it appears there was insider buying in Westell this month (unless a misprint, possible since I've heard of no buying). In the least management doesn't appear to be dumping their shares.

I have no knowledge of the job situation at Westell. What you say could very well be true, I don't know. One thing I will say, in general, I'm suspicious of posts which contradict all public knowledge of the company, made under an alias with no corroboration.

Lastly I have to assume Amerindo has visited the company recently and was convinced Westell is still a good investment. (staying long) Dave
