Turned from God for several years, but taken my family to church for past few weeks. When I read the Bible it's seems I find that when it talks of good and bad acts/people I seem to find myself thinking as myself as the bad person and not the good. I long for assurance that belong to Jesus. Is this my imagination? a trick of the devil? I believe in Jesus without a doubt, but it seems that I find myself as not acceptable to him. I understand the fear of God but have a hard time with the Love of God. I feel at times that I am doomed. If seems that the harder I try to closer to God that his word hurts that I am not his. Am I just crazy? Sometimes I think that no one can understand me.
