I agree with the thrust of your remarks. Actually what I was thinking is that the secondary may help set up a buying opportunity. Secondarys are not necessarily bad if the money is spent for the right purpose. This certainly is the right purpose. The company usually tries to portray itself in a very positive light when undertaking such an offering so it might not affect the price too much.
