Dear IMESers,

It is a sad day as a shareholder.

For those of you who are waiting on the 1:10 stock split, well it has come. Look at the price of your stock. Unfortunately, it wasn't a reverse and the stock has just drifted downwards on it's on. Of course a little help by our fair and honest management has only expedited the event.

I am still puzzled as to why any of you are trying to contact and get information from Bill Young. He is only a puppet of the company. He in no way brings any new or reliable information to the table. I also question why Frank's only topic of conversation is to speak in computer jargon about the IMES website. It appears that there have been many postings about this website. Who gives a shit if we have a website now. Let's save money and get this IMSLIB out now. I don't understand why Bill Young isn't handling the Website if he is our true PR man. Frank you worry and work on more vital day to day things that may actually profit the company.

I firmly believe that the private financing was strongly dependent on Dear George's dismissal. As I stated in an earlier posting, I was contacted about placing money with the company. They were to float bonds in exchange. I believe that if they were to raise capital from their current shareholders, the minimial 5 million dollars they are in need of could be raised in a day or two. We all have an interest and stake in this company, why would we say no and let what has happened happen. If you will look back. nothing good seems to have happened since Mr. Hovell has appeared. Only a steady decline in the price of our stock. You don't think he would like to see us go private, and then sell off the technology. This would completely bypass the shareholders, and I know his heart is with the shareholders. Dear Lee isn't thinking about the money he would pocket.
The only think that would save my faith with this company is for the Board of Directors, Executives and all staff to have a special shareholders meeting ASAP and spill the entire scenario. But why would I expect them to do something to keep us out of the dark ages.

Pissed off,

Wayne Anderson
