lml, the concern is not so much from the DC "high voltage" (like 3 volts) power supply but from the 900 or so Mhz beam sent out. That cannot be reduced in intensity much since the signal will not be able to reach the repeaters if it is too weak. Of course, one can reduce these signals if there will be more repeaters or the amplifiers in the repeaters are made even better than they are now. Zeev
