Just to add to the confusion (if possible) Vickers insider report (available to e-schwab customers) shows $1,045,000 market value purchased last month, $182,875 sold. This doesn't compute with the Barron's numbers - assuming that when Vickers writes "previous month" it means January.

Also, the buying, whatever it was, may not have been from company insiders (officers or directors). The largest insider is a fund called Idanta partners, and I guess it's conceivable it was the source of the buying.
