NOVL hits 11 and stays at l0-l/2 close--Friday, on day this little class action is announced? Also, lets's face it, the money involved already to file this and have lawyers draw it up should be breaking the guy. I can see what it is--he's probably a lawyer and draws it up for free and files for maximum of $162 or something. In that case it mades sense and is GREAT retribution and revenge on Young. Causes all sorts of management problems plus embarrassmenbt. But, to keep it going, the ching, ching, ching of the legal cash register, well. We'll see on that. But if the 3 day move was not on anticipated good things, like the use of advanced police state software in Californiia that NOVL is selling, etc., and was just traders doing their little trading thing, obviously they would have jumped on the bad news of the little
potential class action by whathisname...no?
What looks good (?) is that you say the news of this suit came out on the same day it stays at l0-1/2 on very nice 3 day run? Call me crazy, but that looks healthy rather than sick, no?
Anyway, I'm thinking of cashing out at break even at 10 1/2. MS will roar for at least a quarter or 2 and could redouble before any reality hits fan. Now that it has gone DOW, according to New York Life broker I was talking to, it is the greater darling now of the funds than ever. Now the funds are grabbing them up like crazy he says, and also no dividends will keep driving the prices up, and he says more companies should do the same. None of this of course made any sense to me, I just said, "oh, wow..."
Hope to be able to recoup anything at all on the chicken droppings I now hold.
Please, even a word to the unwise will be helpful. Actually, I'm not that unwise. Just lazy and have a slow server. And actually have very little interest in the reality of DDing.
