Kerry,

They presently owe $1,000,000 to a Texas bank for a revolving loan.
Most of what they have done, purchasing equipment, Public Relations and so on, have been paid for with shares. They have also utilized private placements in the past.IMO,once they start seeing profits with production, they will satisfy the Texas loan, which in turn will free up the pledged shares owned by Mary Erickson. I believe by this time she would be able to finance the operation, no problem.
