Andrew,
thx for the hint about NANX. Will look at this one, but right now PSR ratio of 15.5 is a bit high to me. What do You think could successful evaluation mean for their sales ?? IF it's more than 15x the curerrent shipment rate, then there's a reason to get in...

WFR ($17) looks nice to me with a low PSR. Given the fact that the Asians MUST crank out even more wafers to finance their debts, wafer material shipments should actually surge. Last but not least, I found out that EKC Tech is a subsidiary of Chemfirst (CEM), which is not excessively valued. PSR = 1.2 and PE ratio of 13. Good pick, indeed. CBT (Cabot) also seems to be in the specialty chemical field. They are making new highs right now and their PSR is higher than CEM (1.34), PE/ratio is 24.

LRCX seems quite cheap in its group (PSR less than 1) especially when compared with AMAT & NVLS (PSR around 3).

Hope my PSR study is of any use..

Again, sorry for my semantic problems <G>.
best wishes & thanx for Your suggestions
