Its drifting in limbo. The SEC is the big block. Strange situation. Neither negative news or positive is in play now. Those getting out are those that wanted a quick run up. I don't believe the SEC can hold a company up for too long without come kind of "comment". We should not be waiting long to see which way this will fall. No matter what comes, the result will be a dramatic rise in the stock or a dramatic fall, IMO.
