As a matter of fact I will be sending a certified letter to the board praising the diligent work of our executives and asking that their current salaries be raised by a factor of 20% for the following reasons:

1) The incredible buying opportunity they have given to all the longterm shareholders with our current stock price:
2) The work of Danny Jr. and Sr. on purchasing our star subsidiary Softworks, and taking little credit for it..
3) The determination to stick with a product which although has not generated much in revenues, but has the ability in its current state to bring shareholders huge gains...
4) The foresight to find and engage top notch consultants such Greg Garbe and the "Canny Man"...
5) The confidence to let Judy Carter independently run Softworks to create a growth machine....
6) The dedication to a company which could have folded , but has been kept alive by some very hard work, creative thinking, and good old fashioned American drive!!!

Thanks again, to management from the shareholders who know what you have endured, where you are going, and want you to lead us there... You founded the company, have taken little credit for accomplishments, you have been given no respect, and deserve a little support!!!

Shareholders in Support of Management!!
Sal Comunale.... On the CCEE BANDWAGON AGAIN!!!
