Kevin: Take note of the address in the 2/11/98 Reuters news annoucement: >WEXFORD, Pa., Feb 11 - Krantor Corp Wednesday said it expects to report a $0.07 per share profit in its fourth quarter ended December 31 compared to a $6.85 a share loss a year earlier.< I will email them to get an answer on this. As far as the dilution - as long as it doesn't hurt earnings too bad we'll be alright.
