Dear Mr. Murphy,

I have a few questions.

1) It was great to read about the signing of additional contracts for Cyberfax. Per contract (average value) are they similar in size to the average value of the previously signed contracts? When an additional contract is added, are there a lot of fixed costs for DCTC or was the set-up of the gateway in NY the major fixed cost? I know it takes longer to do something the first time, but now that DCTC has some installation experience with Cyberfax, how long does it take to get a new customer up and running (DCTC billing minutes)? I know some/all of the answers may not be for public disclosure, but any info would be appreciated.

2) In regard to the WorldPass deal, the press release stated that they are growing rapidly. Can you tell me what their most recent, 1996 to 1997, year over year sales and earnings growth rates are (I would have loved to get a peek at WPCs balance sheets and income statements for the past couple of years)? If you can't answer that question due to the on-going nature of the deal, could you tell me if they are greater than 20%? The press release seems to imply a much higher growth rate. I'm just trying to get a minimum for my own calculations.

3) I know you've stated here and in the most recent 10Q about additional switches being ordered and sent to Europe. Once DCTC orders a switch, what is the lead time for delivery? Also, once it is at location, how long is installation? Overall, I would suspect the entire process to take at least 3-4 months.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

JJ
