I was gone all day yesterday and fell asleep trying to catch up by reading the petty post written throughout the day yesterday. It would be nice to get more focused on Biotechs and news.

I read a few of the posted excerpts from the Economist and certainly agree with the last sentence.

Biotechs are really at the beginning of a new era. In the future, combinations of drugs will be used to increase specificity and reduce side effects. In 10 year, it will be difficult to explain why monotherapy worked as well as it did. It will also be hard to understand why the street took so long to figure things out, especially with LGND.

I'll write more soon, but controlling the molecular circuitry within cells is certainly the wave of the future, and LGND is extremely well positioned.
