That's just what I mean--a forward P/E of 39
is not cheap!!! Remember this is a huge company
in a highly competitive business. I think
that the P/E will narrow towards a market multiple.
This will allow only a small gain for the rest
of the year. This is barring any major changes.
I am long with a big position, but I want people
to stop getting carried away. The news of the split
has sent the stock up too much. Now, we have to
face the facts that the rest of the year may see a
trading range.
