United Keno (UKH) Startup Financing:

Like you I am an investor in United Keno and assume the merger
will go through. My concerns are next phase financing:

NDU will bring in the startup seed capital needed but a total
financing package of $15,000,000 is required. I have two
possible concerns:

1) Undue dilution because of a large number of shares

2) Execution probability of the financing. (I assume merger
will go through. (UKH is like a rich widow particularly
at these silver prices).

Have you seen any financial projections for merged companies in
Year 1.

I think that this is a much better play then a pure exploration
play.
