Hi LPasko,

I'd like to invite you over to the ACTM thread
here on SI where we've just learned that a class
action lawsuit was filed against management.

I'm feeling a bit bewildered since I've never
been through a class action before and don't
know what to expect. I'm sure I'm not alone.

I do worry that the suit will accomplish nothing
significant for investors, and may be detrimental
because it may:
- negatively impact the share price,
- cause concern among (or loss of) customers,
- distract management & disrupt operations.
What do you think? How does a company's share price
react when a class action suit is announced?
