Dear Gordon,

Thank you for pointing out the tax loss selling aspect of small cap stocks. Had forgot about that. However, it seems that the HIV test kit approval is imminent (I keep hearing by the end of this year). If that happens, wouldn't the stock experience a strong upward move dispite tax-loss selling? Thanks for any comment
