The compensation committee put together this sweetheart deal for Stephan. My proposal is anyone associated with this deal should resign from the board, Stephan included. How can they take 1.5M out of a company losing money down to it's last $6.2M. I'm sure the big NEW shareholders like Drazan, Brown and Brill were not party to this. Only the old board members and Stepan could have done this. Doesn't make any sense to milk the company just as Wall Street is looking for a turnaround. I am long, very long and have only been adding to my large position for the last two years. Marci I am acting like a long term owner of a company I want to see be a leader in it's field. I think any long term shareholder like me should be outraged at this action and encourage us all to write to the responsible board members to show our displeasure. Adam
