Mr. Davis: Who are you to suggest Mr. Pink has violated rule 10b-5? You miserable newsletter writer. Do you put your money where your big mouth is? Which remark in particular constitutes stock manipulation? Have you read the Ha'aretz article which clearly lays out Aharoni's criminal past where he fled his native Israel in the middle of the night leaving his creditors holding the bag? Mr. Pink is a good samaritan helping save people from financial ruin. He suggests that you belong tutoring elementary school classes about the market.
