Salt Lake City, UT (March 2, 1998) - CyclOPSS Corporation
(NASDAQ:OZON) today announced that it has named Gary D.
Bratcher its new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective
today.

CyclOPSS Corporation is the manufacturer of the Eco-Pure Food
Safety System and other ozone-related based systems. The
Company's focus is on food safety systems that rid beef, pork,
poultry and produce of harmful bacteria such as E.coli (even
E.coli 0157), Salmonella, Campylobacter, and other food- and
water-borne bacteria. The Company also designs, manufactures
and markets ozone-based laundry systems
designed for hotels, health care facilities, prisons and commercial
laundries. The Company also has co-developed a polymer that
has applications in a variety of industries including aerospace.

Mr. Bratcher, 51, joins CyclOPSS after having served as a
Cabinet Secretary for Economic Development for the Governor of
the State of New Mexico. The last three years was spent there
overseeing the State's external trade, recruitment of new business,
promoting science and technology activities based in New
Mexico and governmental support of the aerospace and
film-making industries.

Prior to that post, Mr. Bratcher served as President and Chief
Executive Officer for Del Monte Fresh Produce Company, a
multi-national company with annual sales of more than $1 billion.
There, he presided over the worldwide production, shipping,
marketing, sales, and research and development subsidiaries and
activities of the company.

Before being named Del Monte's President and CEO, Mr.
Bratcher managed Latin American production and worldwide
distribution operations for Del Monte Fresh Produce Co. In this
post, he initiated the production and marketing of new product
lines, expanded Del Monte's operations into foreign countries and
structured and negotiated innovative grower contracts. Mr.
Bratcher also held various key posts with Del Monte Fresh
Produce Co., landing him in turbulent areas of the world,
including the Philippines (1982-1985, as General Manager and
1987-1988, as Vice President, Far East Operations), Guatemala
(1989-1991, as Vice President-Guatemala Operations), and Costa
Rica (1992, as Vice President-Latin America). In each instance,
Mr. Bratcher was sent to resolve specific conflicts for the
company and was successful in doing so.

Prior to joining Del Monte Fresh Produce Co., Mr. Bratcher was
Product Manager for New York-based Chiquita Brands, Inc.
(1979-1981). From 1969-1978, Mr. Bratcher held a variety of
managerial posts with United Fruit Company in Honduras,
Colombia and Costa Rica. United Fruit Co. is an affiliate of
Chiquita Brands.

Mr. Bratcher is a Director with the U.S. Foundation of the
University of the Valley (Guatemala) and is a member of the New
Mexico Amigos (a goodwill Ambassador group for the State). He

Chairman of the New Mexico Border Authority and is a member
of the New Mexico Space Commission.

Bill Stoddard, President of CyclOPSS said, "We consider
ourselves very fortunate to have Gary Bratcher on board as both
our new Chairman and CEO. Mr. Bratcher brings to CyclOPSS a
proven track record of executive management, organizational,
marketing and political skills-all of which are of critical import to a company moving from research and development to a sales
organization. We fully expect many positive changes to be made,
impacting both the near- and long-term."

Mr. Stoddard served as interim Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer when the former Chairman/CEO resigned in late 1997 due
to health problems. Mr. Stoddard will continue as President.

Mr. Bratcher currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico and
in Salt Lake City, Utah.
