Mr. Pink: Kinda wish the good Mr. Davis had used a word other than "may" in his suggestion of a Rule 10b-5 violation. Accusations of criminal conduct are per se actionable defamation in most states. In any event, you have a colorable claim against the good "newsletter hose-head" (about as far down the dung heap as one gets, in my book) in the civil court of this SI Thread. May we proceed with discovery in this new matter, Judge Pink? J.W.
