Thank you both for your comments. Dave, you didn't discourage me at all with your initial remarks. Any insight at all is greatly appreciated, especially from a pro. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I assume that a specialist like yourself has to (a) focus on two or three stocks and more importantly (b) has to continuously trade, particularly as a Market Maker. As opposed to someone like myself who doesn't "have to trade". I can pick my spots and can deal with many more stocks. When I read your initial response, I read it from that perspective.

By the way, I've got a list of rules for trading Options pinned up in my office...kind of a work in progress. I'll be adding the three 'basic rules' from your last post to it.
