Sector exploitation,Sergio.Plus Clayton's business does not compete with Horton.Plus Clayton's major presence in Florida is in housing directly savaged by the devastation of El Nino effects. I have read elsewhere that it is going to be a good year for this sector.Clayton also is BIG,28 states and Vertically structured. And thirdly,CMH will not be a long(though I could make it one)I am hoping for 25% before taxes in a short term hold(about 2 months) My broker has 5 telecoms in my portfolio,so why not acquire sectors if the times right.Except internet stocks that scares me:)eek!max90
